At AMILAGuru Bookshop, we are committed to providing high-quality books. If you receive a book with a printing mistake or any other production error, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Conditions for Return:
- Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of receiving your book.
- The return must be requested within one (1) day of receiving the book if the issue is a printing or production error.
- The book must be original, unused, and with all accompanying materials.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the shipping cost to the customer if the book(s) error is ours.
- There are no restocking fees.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified time frame. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and a photo of the error, if applicable. We will guide you through the return process.
Exchanges Only:
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned book, we will send a replacement copy. Refunds will not be issued.
